1. More housing planned near the heart of downtown
Second Street Village is moving through the planning process. A current rezoning request would revise the previously approved townhome development near N. Church Street and First Street to add four additional units.
2. Corkscrew will be opening soon!
We met with the owners and walked through this exciting addition to downtown Huntersville. They’ve added a beautiful patio surrounded by cedar planters to set this area off from the sidewalk. More to come on this as they get closer to a grand opening!
