1) We recommended approval of a text amendment that brings Huntersville’s soil erosion and sedimentation control ordinance into compliance with state law.

2) We recommended approval of a proposed berm to create a landscaped buffer along Beatties Ford Road at the Courtyards at Walters Farm.
