You may have noticed a few changes to the storefronts along Gilead Road, between Stateville and Old Statesville. Here’s what we know!
- B + Co, a full-service hair salon, has officially opened in The Holbrook! I’ve included a few pictures of its beautiful, modern space above.
- Cornelius favorite Cocotte is opening a second location in 2026 at The Holbrook, bringing fresh sandwiches, artisanal bread, croissants, tarts, cakes, and more.
- We anticipate a December opening for The Guest House, A Choplin’s Restaurant. Their concept is built around steaks, tapas, and martinis. Expect Chef Wes to bring some favorites from Choplin’s in Cornelius to the new menu, along with some unexpected twists!
- Cockscrew is also coming to The Holbrook in spring 2026. The new location will feature a more extensive retail selection, a wine cellar, and wine lockers, alongside wine, cocktails, beer, and small bites.
